This beautiful villa is located in a super quiet, beautiful and secluded neighborhood by the water. It's just a few a blocks East of Biscayne Boulevard, which is one of Miami's main streets with plenty of restaurants, shopping and everything you'll need to see and do! It's only a 10-12 drive to South Beach and about 15 minutes from Miami airport. Also only 10 blocks away from Whole Foods, Starbucks & much more!

The house itself is amazing, spacious and clean. The communication with our host was always great. They went above and beyond providing us with extra amenities and we truly appreciate all of it. We had a great stay at this Miami villa. The home is spacious, clean, and very well set up for groups. The pool and hot tub were definite highlights, and everyone enjoyed the game room as well. The bedrooms were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The location was convenient close to major attractions, beaches, and dining options, yet still in a quiet neighborhood. Check-in and communication with the host were smooth, and instructions were clear. Overall, this place was perfect for a group getaway, and we’d definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and fun stay in Miami.

The place was outstanding for a big group - so many bedrooms allowed everyone to have a place to sleep. Very cool outdoor amenities, the pool and hot tub area is outstanding. The team was incredibly responsive and flexible with our arrival, I really appreciated their quick communication. Would recommend a stay here to any big group.

1) No loud music after 10 PM please. No noise outside between 11PM-8AM. 2) No events, parties, DJ’s or bartenders allowed. Unauthorized event, party, DJ or bartender grounds for $2,000 fine & termination with no refunds. 3) Pets allowed $150/per stay 4) Additional $250/pet after 1 pet. Unauthorized pets also grounds for immediate termination with no refunds. 5) Fee of $200 per extra guest plus any other applicable per guest fees for unauthorized guests exceeding reservation amount. Unauthorized guests exceeding reservation amount also grounds for immediate termination with no refunds. 6) $250 per hour fee for any unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs. Authorization must be in writing from Host or the fees will apply. 7) Smoking only allowed outside, No smoking inside the house allowed, $500 penalty charge if smoking inside the house is detected. 8) If house keys are lost or not left in lockbox at checkout we charge $100 per missing key. 9) No commercial or vendor vehicles at anytime.
